A to i tehdy, pokud jedn\u00e1 zam\u011bstnavatel v\u00a0mez\u00edch dan\u00fdch platn\u00fdmi z\u00e1kony.\tObrana zam\u011bstnanc\u016f proti diskriminaciZde se m\u016f\u017ee zam\u011bstnanec v ot\u00e1zk\u00e1ch diskriminace u soudu dom\u00e1hat, aby bylo upu\u0161t\u011bno od diskriminace, aby byly nejen odstran\u011bn\u00e9 n\u00e1sledky, kter\u00e9 vznikly diskrimina\u010dn\u00edm z\u00e1sahem, ale tak\u00e9 aby mu bylo d\u00e1no p\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 zadostiu\u010din\u011bn\u00ed. N\u011bkdy, a na to pozor, m\u016f\u017ee vzniknout i pr\u00e1vo na n\u00e1hradu nemajetkov\u00e9 \u00fajmy ve finan\u010dn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1stce. \u00a0A to pokud byla sn\u00ed\u017eena osob\u011b dobr\u00e1 pov\u011bst, nebo i d\u016fstojnost.
