Pe\u010divo k sn\u00eddani, k ob\u011bdu pol\u00e9vka a druh\u00e9 v podob\u011b knedl\u00edku, zel\u00ed a mastn\u00e9ho masa, k ve\u010de\u0159i pak chleba ve vaj\u00ed\u010dku, a mezi t\u00edm v\u0161\u00edm sva\u010diny v podob\u011b sladkost\u00ed, a slazen\u00fdch n\u00e1poj\u016f. Sta\u010d\u00ed se v\u0161ak pod\u00edvat na potravinovou pyramidu, a hned v\u00e1m to dojde. Ze v\u0161eho nejv\u00edce byste m\u011bli j\u00edst zeleninu a ovoce. Tyto n\u00e1poje toti\u017e obsahuj\u00ed dostate\u010dn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed proteinu, kter\u00fd je p\u0159i hubnut\u00ed nezbytn\u00fd. Pro\u010d?
